We are hiring someone to handle oilfield ticketing and office coordination.  This is not a slow-paced desk job. Work moves fast, details matter, and mistakes cost money. If you stay organized under pressure, keep accurate paperwork, and work with field personnel to get the complete information. this could be a good fit.

Responsibilities:
- Create and process daily oilfield tickets accurately and on time
- Review tickets for missing or incorrect information before submission
- Communicate with field personnel to correct and complete tickets
- Keep job documentation organized and up to date
- Support invoicing by ensuring all tickets are complete and accurate
- Maintain records for all active and completed jobs

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once and stay organized
- Good communication skills, especially when working with field crews
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, PDFs, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
-Oilfield ticketing or service company experience
- Familiarity working with field operations
